I've been working with scale-ups for over 20 years - coaching and consulting with them to de-risk growth and success.
​Before that I worked for some of the biggest fortune 500 companies creating global brands that resonated with their consumers and building compassionate, talented and daring teams.

I've raised money as MD of start-ups not once but three times in tech, food and travel, (I didn't get the memo women couldn't raise money) and I've supported over 1,600 businesses define the stretegy they needed to scale and grow.

I'm an APC coach and founder of a couple of three other impact projects which are now run by teams of amazing volunteers - The Urban Wildling, The Song Bond and Hot Flashes.

I'm also the author of three about to be published non fiction books - The Ten New Forces, Archetype Integration - coaching yourself home & Rewilding The Suburbs and three non fiction books - Prime and Prejudice, Muse, and the play 'Hot Flashes'.
